Who you are dealing with

The Pixel Cube is operated by Gridcraft LLC, a limited liability company registered in Michigan, United States. Reach us at support@thepixelcube.com.

What you are buying

The cube has six faces of 500 by 500 pixels, 1,500,000 pixels in total. Pixels are sold in parcels of 10 by 10 pixels at $1 per pixel, so one parcel costs $100. You choose a rectangular area on one face, supply artwork sized to that area, and supply a destination URL and alt text.

You are buying display space. You are not buying the pixels themselves, a share of the company, a token, or any intellectual property in the site. We intend to keep sold blocks displayed for as long as the site operates, but we cannot promise the site will operate forever.

Your artwork and your link

You keep ownership of your artwork. By uploading it you grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to display it on the cube, on block detail pages, in preview images, and in listings of blocks, for as long as your block is live.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that it does not:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• contain sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material
• promote malware, phishing, or fraud
• harass, threaten, or incite violence against anyone
• link to a site that does any of the above

Editing

After payment we email you a private edit link. For 24 hours from purchase you can change your artwork, destination URL, and alt text. After that the block is fixed. Keep the link private, since anyone who has it can edit your block during that window.

Removal

We may remove a block, without a refund, if it breaks the content rules above, if the destination URL later starts serving material that would break them, or if we are required to remove it by law or by our payment processor. Where we can, we will email you first.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your selected area is held for 30 minutes while you pay. If you do not complete payment in that window the area is released and someone else can buy it. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular level of traffic to your link, any search ranking benefit, or any commercial result. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your block.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
